Hi Guys,
I have a client who has recently installed Solarwinds, latest version and when they get to the Orion Console log on page, the credentials that are set as default i.e. Username: admin pass: blank doesnt seem to work, i have yet to dive into the system to find out why.
Am i correct is suggesting to re-run the configuration wizard and revert the default settings, possibly create a new DB?
This is solely for a POC so no data will be lost at all, but with the customer not being able to get into the main Orion Console is proving a little frustrating to say the least
Any helps or ideas would be great.
