I get this when I try the simple example.  Server is listening on port 17777, query works in SWQL Studio. Is there something else that needs to be enabled to allow the REST call to work?

The webpage athttp://10.25.0.140:17777/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Swis/Query?query=SELECT+Uri+FROM+Orion.Pollers+ORDER+BY+PollerID+WITH+ROWS+1+TO+3+WITH+TOTALROWS might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Also tried directly from the Orion server -
